Development in the City of Trotwood

The Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC) was re-established in 2012 to work with and on behalf of the City of Trotwood to conduct Economic and Community Development Activities in the community.  Since then, the TCIC has implemented housing redevelopment programs, re-positioned commercial real estate assets, and has worked to locate and support businesses in the Trotwood Community.
