This development is the result of a public-private partnership between developer GATED Properties Global, the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (TCIC), and the City of Trotwood.  Through close collaboration, this development has been initiated by the building of a 200,000 square foot, Class-A Industrial building that will be completed and ready for occupancy in January 2023.
