Chad DowningExecutive DirectorChad Downing has been working with the TCIC in several capacities since 2013. Starting as a consultant providing neighborhood stabilization services, Chad and his firm were contracted to act as Housing Director overseeing the Land Banking and neighborhood activities of the TCIC. As of January 1, 2020, Chad was contracted to fulfill the role of Executive Director, overseeing all activities of the TCIC including Economic Development.
Chad Downing is a Principal of Downing Community Advisors, a Community, Housing, and Economic Development Consulting Firm.
